We created
a call sheet as well as having a WhatsApp group chat with all the actors to
ensure that everyone was contactable. This was done in case of emergency during
the shoot (as we used the tube quite frequently) but also for tactical
organisation. Our teachers number was
also put on the shoot in case there was a technical error or something happened
to our equipment. Our call sheet is seen below:
I created a
shot list for the shoot as it was a less cluttered version of the shoot board
and enabled us to quickly tick off sheets without getting confused. The shot-list
also included non drawn spontaneous 'ideas' for shots with reference from already
made films for on the spot inspiration. Below is our Shot list.
